Written by Librarian Anita Thorsteinson “West Park’s Polar Walk was “BEAR”y successful! The kids loved walking with their bear friends. They also enjoyed the hot chocolate and received extra stickers for running/walking laps around the playground. Students from the University of Idaho volunteered their time and had fun walking with the kids. The grand finale was a school-wide run from one end of the playground to the other.”
