Safe Routes Moscow was on TV!
Lewiston based local TV station KLEW featured us in a 45 second clip about our Fill the Racks! event on May 2nd.

Compared to last year (with 12 bikes in the racks) this year was a huge accomplishment for Russell as they celebrated 60 students, teachers and parents biking to school for Fill the Racks! The event was a success, Brook Lowry says all because one keen parent volunteer made special efforts to invite teachers to be involved with Bike Trains around town, got Principal permission to move the bike racks to the front of the school, made a school goal with 6th grade teacher Eric Hudelson to fill the school’s racks, and cheered on the students, parents and teachers as each of the 4 bike trains pushed their way to the top of the hill, despite the snowy, cold weather.
