Attached is a summary of my experience at the Safe Routes to School Conference.
At the end of the document is a list of great web-sites I learned about during the 3 day conference in Minneapolis.
My husband and I presented about our maps project and then enjoyed many different conference sessions presented by people across the Nation for 3 days.
It was an inspiring conference and we felt lucky to attend.
Some of my favorite sessions were “How to engage middle school youth” “Walking School buses” and learning about the “Recycle a Bicycle program for youth in NYC.” See my notes about each in the document below.
Just wanted to share the information because I feel it was sooo great to learn about!
